A WOMAN got the shock of her life when she was attacked by a catfish while swimming off the coast of Brazil.
The incident took place at Itanhaem resort in Sao Paulo.
An ambulance crew took the bizarre picture of the fish stuck to her tummy as they rushed her to hospital.
